Colorful Cashew Shrimp

Add salt, sugar, white pepper, and a few drops of peanut oil to the shrimp and marinate for about ten minutes.

Cut all vegetables and shiitake mushrooms into cubes for later use.

Put white pepper, salt and starch in a small bowl, add appropriate amount of water and mix well.

Stir-fry vegetables and mushrooms in a hot pan with cold oil, add a little salt to taste and serve.

Stir-fry the shrimps in a hot pan with cold oil until the color changes.

Mix diced vegetables, shiitake mushrooms and shrimp, stir-fry for a few times.
7.
Pour water and starch to thicken.
8.
Sprinkle a few cashews on the plate, ready.
