Colorful Curry Omelet Rice

1. Prepare the ingredients you need, wash and cut them.

2. Boil the diced carrots, sweet corn kernels, and green peas until they are dead and remove them for later use.

3. Scatter the eggs and add them to the rice, mix well, and try to make each rice grain can be coated with egg liquid.

4. Heat up the wok and add the appropriate amount of corn oil, add the rice mixed with egg mixture, and fry on medium heat until the rice is dry. When the rice grains can jump in the pan, shovel out and set aside.

5. Put an appropriate amount of corn oil in the pot, add the shrimp skins, and fry until fragrant.
