Colorful Egg Fried Rice

Prepare the side dishes to be cut

Blanch the vegetables in boiling water and remove them for later use

Heat oil in a pot, sauté the chopped green onions and ginger, then add eggs to beat

Scatter the eggs and pour in the rice and stir fry for a while
