Colorful Fried Rice

A plate of rice overnight.

Cut the beans into small pieces.

Cut the garlic, shiitake mushrooms, and ham into small cubes. Soak the shiitake mushrooms in warm water 20 minutes in advance.

Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry mushrooms and garlic over low heat until fragrant, set aside.

Beat two eggs into a pan and fry until cooked, then place them on a drill plate and chop them.

Set up a frying pan and stir-fry the beans.

Add diced ham and stir fry a few more times.

Pour the rice into the pan and stir-fry, then add the eggs, mushrooms, and garlic and stir-fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of salt, chicken powder, two tablespoons of light soy sauce, and a few drops of sesame oil, stir fry a few times over high heat.

Tips:
1. It is recommended to use Thai rice cooked with fragrant rice, and keep it fresh overnight in the refrigerator. The fried rice will taste dry and distinct.
2. After all the ingredients are in the pot, stir-fry over high heat, and fry until the rice is hot. It will not take a long time to fry. The color of this fried rice is better with soy sauce.
