Colorful Fried Rice

Add a little salt to the eggs and beat them for later use (be careful not to be too salty)

Carrots, shiitake mushrooms, diced and set aside, peas and corn washed and set aside

Boil various vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes. Add carrots and mushrooms and cook for a while, then add corn and peas.

Put a little oil in the pan, and immediately pour the eggs when the oil is hot, shovel them with a spatula while pouring, then pour the diced vegetables and fry them together, then pour in the rice and stir fry, just like fried rice with scrambled eggs.
