Colorful Mixed Vegetables

1. Shred all the vegetables and mince garlic;

2. Add a small amount of salt;

3. 1 spoon of sugar;

4. 2 tablespoons of white rice vinegar;

5. 2 spoons of seafood soy sauce or light soy sauce;

6. 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar;

7. 1 tablespoon of chili oil, you can add more if you like spicy food, or change the red chili to millet spicy;
