Colorful Noodles with Healthy Vegetables

Blanch the vegetables.

The blanched vegetables are put in cold water, and then add water to the cooking stick to make a juice.

Use vegetable juice to add flour and form a moderately firm dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

After the dough wakes up, roll the dough into thin slices with a rolling pin, and cut into slices with a knife.

Roll out some colorful noodles when there is more dough.
Tips:
Vegetables are beaten with a cooking stick to retain the fiber of the vegetables, which is more nutritious than simply extracting the juice with a juicer. The dark particles in the dough are vegetable fibers.
