Colorful---pepper Salmon

Rinse the salmon meat slightly, dry the water with a kitchen paper towel, and cut into small cubes; cut the colored peppers into small cubes.

Squeeze out the lemon slices and pour water on the fish cubes and colored peppers, add a little salt and black pepper, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes.

Use bamboo sticks to skewer colored pepper pieces and fish pieces into skewers.

Line the baking tray with tin foil, brush with a layer of oil, and brush both sides of the fish skewers with olive oil.

Preheat the oven at 250 degrees, bake on one side for 2 minutes, take out the side and bake for another 2 minutes to get out of the oven.
