Pan-fried Salmon and Vegetable Pancakes

Wash the plum head pork and chop into minced meat for later use

Wash the salmon meat, cut into small pieces, put it into the food processor, and make a puree for later use

Take appropriate amount of carrots, sweet corn and cucumber (peeled and decapsulated) and chopped for later use

Add meat puree and vegetable cubes to an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, sesame oil, salt, sugar, black pepper powder, oyster sauce, fish sauce, stir well and marinate for 20 minutes

Rub the marinated meat into small balls for later use

After the pan is heated, add oil to the meat ball and use a spatula to press the meat ball into a meatloaf shape and fry until both sides are cooked.
Tips:
You can also use chicken instead of pork or you can use only salmon meat except for salmon meat. The other meats will have a slippery texture
