Salmon Rice Sandwich
1.
Put a little olive oil in the pan and fry the salmon. I bought a whole piece of salmon, I cut off the corners and made this dish, because I need to break it later, so I don’t need to use the best part.
2.
Fry on the other side and fry on the other side. After frying, take it out and smash it for later use.
3.
Cut the asparagus into small cubes and save a few longer heads for final garnish. Yellow bell peppers and onions are finely chopped
4.
Saute the chopped onion with the base oil of the fried fish, add the peeled diced tomatoes
5.
Add sugar, salt and pepper and fry until the tomatoes are soft and rotten. Because children eat it, only a little bit of pepper is added. Adults can add a little bit more to the flowers.
6.
Stir-fry with tomatoes until thick, add all the chopped vegetables and shredded salmon
7.
Stir fry until the asparagus is broken and then remove from the heat
8.
Divide the rice into two portions, spread one portion on the bottom of the mold, then spread the fried vegetables, and then cover the portion with rice
9.
Spread a piece of cheese on the top, unmold and put on a plate, and decorate the top with asparagus. When eating, mix it with a fork and a spoon from top to bottom. It's delicious.
Tips:
Tomatoes must be peeled, otherwise it will affect the taste
