Colorful Sago Starry Cup

The sago is cooked (how to cook sago, see my other recipe: Colored Papaya and Sago Sauce). The sago in cold water is soaked in amaranth water and green vegetable juice (the matcha water I use), and put in the refrigerator. That's it in a few hours. Pass cold water several times to let the color of the surface fade (otherwise add water, the water will have color).

According to the color, put it into the cup in turn, add warm water along the wall of the cup, sprinkle a few black goji berries, and slowly appreciate its changes. Finally, you can add your favorite ingredients such as honey and water.

Tips:
1. Black wolfberry contains a lot of anthocyanins, which is very nutritious.
