Cone Cake
1.
Mix egg whites, caster sugar and 20 grams of corn flour, beat with an electric whisk until stiff foaming
2.
After beating into hard meringue, add the remaining 60 grams of corn flour, cut and mix evenly
3.
Add the salad oil to the batter, cut and mix evenly
4.
Put the batter into a piping bag, spread oil paper on the baking tray, and squeeze the batter into a fan shape.
5.
Put it in the preheated oven and bake, add to 190 degrees, lower to 150 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes.
6.
Whip the cream and set aside. After the baked cake comes out of the oven, spread the cream and roll it up.
7.
Fill the rolled cake cone with some cake pieces, and then squeeze the cream to make it form like a cone
8.
Squeeze some chocolate sauce on the top of the cream and sprinkle some chocolate pins for decoration
Tips:
1. The chocolate sauce can be replaced with jam;
2. Don't beat the cream too old, otherwise the taste will be bad.
