For a simple breakfast, the preserved egg and lean meat porridge is very sweet, smooth and easy to digest. It is very popular with children and elderly people.

Congee with Preserved Egg and Lean Meat

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Cut lean meat into strips, dice carrots, chop preserved eggs, diced green onions

3. Add appropriate amount of water to the electric pot, add rice, add 1 teaspoon of peanut oil and cook until the rice grains are slightly rotten

4. Add meat strips and cook for 10 minutes

5. Add carrots, preserved egg and cook for 5 minutes

6. Add salt and chopped green onion to taste

7. Out of the pot, enjoy!

Tips:

1. When cutting loose egg, put a little oil on the knife, it will not stick to the knife.
2. Side dishes can be added according to your preference
