I like to drink porridge for breakfast. This time I added some greens. There are meat and greens, which is very sweet and delicious!

Congee with Preserved Egg and Lean Meat

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Cut the lean meat into thin strips, add salt and peanut oil to marinate for later use, cut the choy heart into sections

3. Add enough water to boil the rice in the pot

4. After the porridge is cooked, pour in the lean meat and stir

5. After the meat turns white, add preserved eggs, mix well and cook for 5 minutes

6. Pour the choy sum and cook

7. Add appropriate amount of salt and mix well

Tips:

1. The lean meat is marinated first, it has a salty taste and tastes good
