Congee with Radish and Scallops (wall-broken Version)

The porridge I am going to make today is composed of 2 pieces of rice, 1 piece of scallops, 4 pieces of shiitake mushrooms, 80 grams of lean meat, half a white radish, and an appropriate amount of celery and coriander.

Soak the ingredients in clean water for about half an hour.

Then slightly cut the knife and put it into the wall breaker, and then add the thick water volume you like. My family likes soup water, so the water I add is the highest water level. It's a bit thin, but it's so pleasant to drink.

Then add a small piece of ginger, remember to peel the ginger.

Then choose the porridge cooking mode of the wall breaker to cook.

In 21 minutes, the porridge is ready. After it’s cooked, let’s move it as needed to make the ingredients better blend together.

Finally, add some winter vegetables and salt to taste.

Add coriander and minced celery to garnish.

If you like it, you can try it. The amount of my porridge is relatively small. If you like the thick texture, you can increase the amount of rice and add at least 2 handfuls of rice.
