Convolvulus

Pick off the older part of the water spinach, wash and cut into small sections for later use (cut into sections for easy consumption by children and the elderly|).

Add a little oil to the pot and stir-fry the oil residue over high heat.
3.
Add in the minced garlic and stir up the aroma.
4.
Pour water spinach.
5.
Stir continuously until the color changes evenly (full fire).
6.
Add salt and chicken essence and stir-fry evenly to turn off the heat.
7.
Serve and eat.
