There are many ways to make hairtail, each with its own characteristics. What I prefer is to fry the octopus and then braise it. It has a charred aroma and a strong braised aroma. 【Cooked octopus with vinegar】Add more vinegar when cooking, and the vinegar will evaporate when cooking, and the soup will have a light vinegar fragrance, which is very delicious.

Cooked Octopus in Vinegar

1. Washed hairtail and sweet-scented osmanthus vinegar

2. Cut the hairtail into sections, add cooking wine and salt, and marinate for 10 minutes

4. Dip both sides of the hairtail evenly with flour and set aside

5. Heat oil in a pan, add spare octopus and fry
