Cooked Octopus in Vinegar

Washed hairtail and sweet-scented osmanthus vinegar

Cut the hairtail into sections, add cooking wine and salt, and marinate for 10 minutes

Add a little flour

Dip both sides of the hairtail evenly with flour and set aside

Heat oil in a pan, add spare octopus and fry

Fry until browned on both sides, remove and set aside

Add spare octopus and cook with osmanthus vinegar

Add some light soy sauce
