Sift the low-gluten flour for later use.

Add low-gluten flour, almond flour, and salt to the whipped butter and mix well.

Tips:
The butter butter process is a bit tiring, but it must be persisted until it is blown. If it is formed in the summer, put it in the refrigerator and freeze for 20 minutes, so that the biscuits you can see will have a shape.
