〖cool for A Summer〗ice Mint Jelly

Take a box of white jelly and tear open the package.

Pour the white jelly into the saucepan.

Add sugar, green arrow mint and set aside.

Use an electric kettle (preferably the size that can hold more than 2L of water, which is more appropriate). Bring a pot of water to the boil, then pour it into the saucepan, and stir evenly while pouring.

Plug in the power pot and stir while cooking. Stir the sugar and boil for 1 minute until the sugar is completely dissolved in the water.

Pour the cooked jelly into a bowl and let cool.

After cooling the jelly, wrap the bowl with plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator, and chill for several hours.
8.
Put the iced jelly into a rice bowl.
Tips:
Efficacy: (Mint Jelly) has the effects of clearing away heat, quenching thirst, clearing stuffiness, and relieving sore throat and itching.
Note: Do not eat for those with poor digestion.
Tip: You can add more water to boil the jelly to keep it cool for a longer time, so that the taste will be better.
