Cool Icy Cranberry Cream Ice Cream

Prepare the required materials

Pour the milk and dried cranberries into the food machine and stir evenly

Take the egg yolk and add 25g of white sugar, stir evenly by hand

Pour the cranberry milk juice into the egg batter and stir well

Use a milk pan with a low heat and stir while heating (be careful to paste the pan) until it turns slightly viscous, then turn off the heat and let it cool before use

Take the whipped cream out of the refrigerator and pour it into a large bowl without oil and water, add 15g sugar and beat at low speed until the lines are obvious.

Pour the cold custard into the cream and mix well

Pour the cream paste into the ice cream bucket to start the IMIX program, 20 to 25 minutes, the ice cream is made

Then dig it out with a ball picker, match with strawberries, it’s icy and delicious
Tips:
1. The ice cream bucket should be frozen at minus 15 degrees for more than 15 hours.
2. If you like the taste of dried fruit a little bit more, you can put the dried fruit whole, or you can cut it into pieces if you like it.
