Cool Mint Edamame

Put the edamame into the vegetable washing container first.

Rinse it with clean water.
3.
Use scissors to cut off the ends for easy flavor.

Prepare the cleaned edamame and seasonings (star anise, fragrance, mint leaves, salt).

Put the edamame into the pot.

Add the right amount of salt.

Pour the seasonings.

Add water and cook. When the water is boiled, turn off the heat and cook for 10 minutes to turn off the heat. Simmer in the pot for 15 minutes to make the edamame more delicious.

The cool and delicious boiled edamame is served on a plate.
Tips:
Cut off both ends of the edamame for good taste and easy cooking;
Turn off the heat and simmer for a while, the edamame will be more delicious and taste better.
