The new molds are unique, making all kinds of small cakes really beautiful. But I still want to make more use of it. I used it to make a lovely bun today. The original intention was to make it into a shape like a Christmas tree, but the dough did not ferment into a tree-like shape as I thought, instead it looked like a tiny coral. Looks pretty good too

Coral Bun recipe

16. Enter the lower and middle layer of the preheated oven, 180 degrees, about 20 minutes, after the surface is colored, a layer of tin foil can be added; when time is up, it can be out of the oven, and the mold can be released gently.

17. After the bread is cooled, it can be used to hold fruit, yogurt, and drink with tea. It is very pleasant

Tips:

To make this sweet bread, knead out a large piece of film and apply butter in the mold. It is better that the shape of the flowers on the top of the dough will become crooked after baking and expansion, so it is not recommended to make too high shape
