Coral Shrimp

Wash the prawns, freeze them in the refrigerator, remove the intestines, add salt, cooking wine, and ginger to marinate for ten minutes

Put the clean coral in a casserole and put it on a small fire to heat it for later use

Drain the marinated prawns and fry them in a frying pan

Drain the oil

Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top of hot coral

Finally, sprinkle red pepper diced and green onions!
