Cordyceps Chicken Leg Stew Soup

Prepare ingredients: chicken soup, cordyceps flower, red dates, wolfberry, ginger, stew cup and other ingredients;

Wash the drumsticks, cut into pieces, remove the cordyceps flower and wash, and wash the red dates and wolfberry separately;

Boil water, blanch the cut chicken legs, and drop a few liquors;

Put the blanched chicken legs into the stewing pot;

Put cordyceps flower, ginger, wolfberry, and red dates in, and add appropriate amount of water;

Tips:
1. Cordyceps flowers can be purchased sun-dried;
2. When simmering, simmer slowly for a few hours;
