Cordyceps Chicken Soup

Wash the drumsticks in cold water and boil out. Wash the cordyceps flowers

Put the bloody chicken thighs in boiling water, a small piece of green onion, and put the ginger beaten into the pot, cover with the casserole lid, and let the heat on for half an hour

Tips:
The chicken thighs should not be too old, too old chicken thighs are not easy to be cooked and not delicious. Chicken and Cordyceps flowers have their own umami flavor, so MSG is not added.
