Cordyceps Chicken Soup

1. Wash the cordyceps flower with clean water and prepare it. My cordyceps flower is not dried, so you don’t need to soak it in water when you cook it.

2. After the chicken is washed, blanch the water to remove the floating powder.

3. Boil water in a casserole and pour the chicken.

4. Bring to a boil on high fire.

5. Wash the sea coconut and cut the corn into small pieces.

6. Add corn and sea coconut.

7. Put the lid on, boil on high heat and turn to low heat for half an hour.

8. Put in fresh cordyceps flowers.

9. Because it is fresh Cordyceps flowers, continue to boil for 10 minutes. Finally, add salt according to taste and add coriander to enhance the flavor.
