[cordyceps Chicken Soup]--- A Mild and Nourishing Soup in Winter

Prepare a chicken, preferably a native chicken, which is more nutritious.

Appropriate amount of Cordyceps flowers, rinse off the dust and soak in a little water for a while.

Chop the chicken into chunks.

Put it in fast boiling water.

Boil for about a minute or two to blanch the blood.

Remove and clean.

Put the cleaned chicken into the pressure cooker.

First add cordyceps flower together with the water used for soaking, and then add appropriate amount of water as appropriate, not too much water, because this pressure cooker is fully sealed for cooking, and there is a lot of water after cooking.
