Cordyceps, Cloud Ears and Coriander Dumplings

Prepare minced pork, cordyceps flowers, cloud ears, dumpling wrappers

Cook the cloud ears thoroughly with water

Cut the cooked cloud ears into silk and cut into small pieces like the soaked cordyceps

Put the seasoning in the minced pork, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes

Add cordyceps and cloud ears and mix in

Add chopped coriander
7.
Add cornstarch after mixing all the ingredients

Take the dumpling wrappers and put in the right amount of filling

Wrap it into dumplings or other shapes you like

Put it in the oiled steaming pan, spray some water to prevent it from being too dry when steaming (you don’t need to spray water if you use a steamer)
11.
Steam on high heat for 12 minutes, turn off the heat

Simmer for 3 minutes without removing the lid, serve
