Cordyceps Corn Pork Ribs Soup

Soak the ribs in clean water to remove the blood, and change the water twice halfway.

Wash cordyceps flowers and Codonopsis pilosula, soak in water for 10 minutes, peel and cut ginger into slices.

Pour water (extra ingredients) into the soup pot, add 2 slices of ginger, pour in the ribs, turn on high heat, remove the water after boiling.

Put the simmered pork ribs into the inner pot of the pressure cooker, add Cordyceps flower and Codonopsis, the remaining ginger slices, and pour 1L of water.

Choose "Meat/Spare Ribs" for the ingredients, and turn on the lid of the pot for the cooking method "Soup" for 30 minutes. Press the "Start" button to start cooking.

Wash the corn and cut it into small sections. Wash the wolfberry and put it into the soup pot. Continue to cook the soup for 20 minutes.

Tips:
1. Soaking the ribs with clean water can remove the water and blood in the bone, and boiling the ribs in cold water can also remove the blood from the bone.
2. When boiling the soup, try to add enough water at one time.
3. Choose yellow sweet corn, the soup will give off a fruity fragrance.
4. The water for soaking Cordyceps flowers and Codonopsis can be added to the pot and boiled together after filtering.
5. Salt is added 5 minutes before cooking. Use the juice collection and flavor enhancement function of the pressure cooker. After adding salt, you can open the lid and cook.
