Cordyceps Flower

Prepare green bamboo shoots, cordyceps flowers, and medlar.

Shred the green bamboo shoots and set aside for later use.

Prepare the minced garlic and chopped green onion.

Put oil in the pot to heat up.

Put the onion and garlic in the sauté pan. Add appropriate amount of water.

Add cordyceps flowers and medlar, and stir evenly.

Tips:
It is not easy for the green bamboo shoots to enter the pot for too long, so as to avoid the food being not crispy enough and the color will be too old. Cordyceps flowers should not be too many, just tonic properly in spring.
