Cordyceps Flower Big Bone Red Date Soup

Soak dried cordyceps flowers and red dates in warm water, wash and drain;

Wash the big bones of the pig, put them in a pot and boil for 15 minutes, boil the bleeding water, pick up and rinse with clean water to remove the foam;

Add appropriate amount of water to the soup pot, pour the soup, the amount of water depends on the ingredients and the number of people eaten, cook in a casserole, basically about 1 hour with two bowls of water can be simmered into a bowl of soup;
