Cordyceps Flower Corn Pot Rib Soup

Chopped ribs, corn ready.

Cordyceps flowers, ginger, red dates are prepared.

Soak the ribs in light salt water for 2 hours.

Soak the spare ribs in a pot under cold water, add cooking wine, green onion leaves, and ginger blanched in water.

After blanching the ribs, wash the oil juice under running water, drain and set aside.

Put the ribs and ginger slices in a casserole and add cooking wine.

Put the casserole into the saucepan and add enough hot water.

Start the program, select the meat button, and the time is 3H.

Put the Cordyceps flower and red dates into the water and stir in a circular motion for 2 minutes.

Remove and stir clean cordyceps flowers and red dates.

Chop the corn after washing.

After 2H, add Cordyceps flower and red dates.

Add corn again.

When 0.5H remains, add salt.

Add chicken powder.

Tips:
1: Cordyceps flower does not need to be soaked, just put it in water and stir it to clean the floating dust.
2: The cooking time of Cordyceps flower should not be too long, try to control it within 1 hour, the longer the time, the more nutrients will be lost.
3: After the ribs are blanched, rinse them under running water to wash off the oil and avoid the soup from being too greasy.
