Cordyceps Flower Duck Soup

Wash cordyceps flowers and red dates for later use.

Wash the duck and cut it into pieces. Add ginger slices to a pot under cold water to get bleeding.

The longan meat is macerated, and the yam is peeled and cut into pieces.

Put all the ingredients in the pot, add a piece of ginger, pour in clear water, boil on high heat and change to simmer for about two hours, add salt to taste.
