Cordyceps Flower Mixed with Enoki Mushroom and Lettuce

Ingredients: Cordyceps flower, enoki mushroom, lettuce, spicy millet

Peel and shred the lettuce, put a little salt to marinate, dehydrate and soften the lettuce, squeeze out the moisture

Put ginger slices in the water, boil, add cordyceps flowers into the enoki mushrooms, blanch them and pick them up, drain the water

Mix the three shreds together, and add the following seasonings: salt, white vinegar (you can leave it if you don’t like vinegar), chicken essence, ginger, sesame oil, chopped green onion, and spicy millet. Tips:
The lettuce must be dehydrated with salt first, and the salt water must be squeezed clean. The same is true for Cordyceps flower and Flammulina velutipes.
