1. Enoki mushrooms and cordyceps flowers are ready

2. Fresh Cordyceps flowers do not need to be soaked, just wash them off

Tips:

Both enoki mushrooms and cordyceps flowers should be blanched in water. After blanching, add cold water and add seasonings and mix well.
