Cordyceps Flower Pork Ribs Soup
1.
Prepare the ribs, wash them, blanch them in a pot of boiling water, then remove them and wash them.
2.
Put the processed ribs into the soup pot, add enough water, and add the ginger slices.
3.
Pour an appropriate amount of cooking wine. Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer slowly.
4.
Prepare side dishes: Cordyceps flowers, corn, carrots, mushrooms, garlic leaves.
5.
Wash the corn and cut into sections.
6.
Cut the carrots into hob pieces.
7.
Wash the cordyceps and cut the mushrooms into slices.
8.
Let the ribs cook until they are about to become soft, about 50 minutes, pour in the corn, and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
9.
Then add the carrots and cook for a few minutes.
10.
Add the cordyceps flowers and mushrooms and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Don't take long, the nutrients will be lost and the taste will not be good.
11.
Finally add salt to taste.
12.
Don't forget to sprinkle some garlic leaves on the pot, it's delicious!
Tips:
I use fresh Cordyceps flowers, or you can use dried ones, soak them until softened and then cook them.
The cordyceps and mushrooms should be put in last, and cook for 5 minutes at most. Do not take too long, as the nutrients will be lost more and the taste will not be good.
