Cordyceps Flower Pork Ribs Soup

Wash the pork ribs, blanch the ribs in a pot under cold water, and rinse off the foam on the ribs with water.

Heat water in a casserole, put the blanched ribs in, add ginger slices, bring to a boil on high heat, skim off the foam, turn to low heat and simmer for one hour

When braising the ribs, soak the cordyceps flowers in clean water and wash them. Put the ribs in a casserole and simmer for 30 minutes

The whole simmering process is one and a half hours, and finally add salt to taste and turn off the heat. A pot of simple and delicious Cordyceps flower pork ribs soup is ready.
