Cordyceps Flower Shiitake Mushroom Soup

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and soak them until soft. Wash the cordyceps flowers and soak them.

Shred carrots, shredded shiitake mushrooms, and cut chives into sections

Adjust the cornstarch water, five teaspoons cornstarch, and add half a bowl of water.

Put half a pot of clean water, add cordyceps flowers, mushrooms soaked in water.

Boil on the fire for half an hour.
