Cordyceps Flower White Radish Keel Soup

Wash the keel and let the water boil in the pot

Blanch it and remove it and wash it again with water

Peel the white radish, wash and cut into hob pieces, slice ginger, and prepare the washed cordyceps flower and wolfberry

Put the keel into the electric pressure cooker

Add the ingredients in step 3, add a little vinegar

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine

Add enough hot water
8.
Turn on the power cover and press the optional holding time for 15 minutes
9.
When the time is up, wait for the electric pressure cooker to automatically unload the valve and open the lid to add salt to taste.
Tips:
If you are using an electric cooker, white radish and wolfberry can be added later.
