Cordyceps Scallop Corn Soup

Rinse the cordyceps flower and soak it in water for 5 minutes

Rinse the wolfberry, gorgon, candied dates and scallops with water

Corn cut into small pieces

Wash the pork bones in a pot under cold water, boil the bleeding water, remove it, and rinse off the foam with warm water

Pour 2L of water into the casserole, add pork bones and ginger slices

Add cordyceps flowers, gorgon, candied dates, scallops

Put corn in, boil on high heat, and cook for 1 hour on low fire (if you like the rich one, you can extend the cooking time)
8.
Finally, add wolfberry and add salt.
Tips:
This is a dried Cordyceps flower. If you buy fresh Cordyceps flower, you don’t need to invade it.
