Coriander Sauce

The chicken is washed and shredded with cooking wine, white pepper, starch, and a small amount of salt are sizing for the base taste.

Rinse the fresh fish to remove the fascia and shred it into thin strips of water for later use.

Remove the leaves and stems of cilantro, wash and cut into half-inch sections for later use.

Five cloves of garlic mince and set aside.

Put a little oil in the pan and stir-fry the chicken shreds. After the color changes, add the remaining pepper, garlic, and cook into the cooking wine.

Add tofu shreds and sugar after cooking with cooking wine.

Put salt on the Jiayu shredded fish.

Add cilantro and sesame oil.

Put the pot on a plate and sprinkle with the remaining minced garlic before serving.
