Corn and Ham Pizza
1.
Put the dough ingredients in the container except the butter.
2.
Use your hands to form a ball and continue to knead for a while.
3.
Take out the dough, place it on a cutting board, add butter that has softened at room temperature, and continue kneading.
4.
Knead out the glove film.
5.
Shape the dough into a round shape, put it in a container, and ferment to 3 times its size. Dip dry powder with your fingers, poke a hole, and do not rebound.
6.
Vegetables can be prepared at this time. Wash the green pepper and cut into pieces, cut the small ham into round slices, wash the corn kernels and set aside.
7.
Take out the fermented dough and use a rolling pin to exhaust air.
8.
Divide the dough into three equal parts.
9.
Use a rolling pin with plastic wrap (anti-sticking) and roll it into a round piece.
10.
Spread tomato sauce on the dough and put corn kernels on it.
11.
Add green pepper and sliced ham.
12.
Squeeze ketchup on the surface.
13.
Finally, put some corn kernels and spread a lot of mozzarella cheese.
14.
Put it in the oven for secondary fermentation, and ferment at 35°C for about 40 minutes.
15.
After fermentation, the middle layer of the oven is 180 degrees, and it is ready to bake for 18 minutes.
16.
After the small pizza is out, let it cool and you can enjoy it~~
Tips:
You can choose the vegetables you like.
My recipe made 3 small pizzas, about 5 inches in size.
