Corn Beef Soup
1.
The beef you bought is directly cut into chunks, soak it in cold water to remove the blood and then wash it off.
2.
Put it in a casserole and bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the foam and add ginger slices, roll up the green onion, put it in, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
3.
Add the washed and chopped corn and continue to simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
4.
In this way, it can be out of the pot, and it smells a light fragrance of corn, slightly sweet in the mouth, very lightly sweet, and tender beef.
Tips:
The soup quality is relatively refreshing, there is no enlarged material, and the original umami taste of the beef is preserved.
