Corn Cake

Put the corn flour in the bowl first

Add clean water and stir evenly. Don’t make it too thin. If it’s thicker, don’t need to form a lump, cover it, and leave it to ferment for an hour.

I made it with an electric baking pan and put oil in it

When the oil is hot, pour the batter into the pot, not too big or too thin

After forming, turn over and continue frying

If you like a soft one, you can fry it for a while, but if you like a crisp one, fry it for a while.
