Corn Cake

Prepare a fresh corn.

Peel the corn into corn kernels.

Rinse it with clean water and beat it with a food processor.

Add a little flour and stir well.

Brush the pan with 10% oil, use a spoon to put it into the pan and flatten it. When the shape is a little dry on the top, you can turn it over and fry it for a minute or two.

It's ready to be fried on both sides.
Tips:
No water is added during the whole process. It needs a low fire, a little flour, a little, and the taste is too dry.
