Corn Pork Ribs Soup

Pork bones are blanched in cold water and then removed

Washed up, the actual soup used about 500g

Put the cleaned bones into a casserole, pour enough warm water, add pepper, star anise, green onion and ginger, and start to cook. After the water is boiled, turn to a low fire and cook.

Cook for about 1 hour, the soup starts to turn white

Corn peeled off

Cut into small pieces

Put the corn in the bone broth and continue to cook

Simmer for about 1 and a half hours and add a little salt to let the bone broth have a bottom taste, then simmer for 10-20 minutes to turn off the heat

The mellow bone broth is ready
