Corn Cake

Use a wire board to chop the corn into pieces. This is the most troublesome step. Operate carefully and slowly.

Insert the chopped corn into the chopped carrots, chopped green onions, a little corn oil, and salt and stir evenly. Wash the corn leaves in advance and control the water. Put the chopped corn into the corn leaves (carrots and chopped green onions can be left or not according to your preference)

Put it in a boiling pot, steam for 8 minutes on high heat, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes

Take it out and eat it, and it tastes good after cooling the muscles.
