Corn Carrot Lean Dumplings

Divide the corn into grains and cut the carrots into small grains. Mince the lean meat and marinate it with a little salt.

Pour the oil into the pan and stir-fry the lean meat until cooked, set aside.

Pour a little oil in the pan (because some water will come out after frying for a while). When the oil is hot, pour the corn and carrots in and fry them evenly until they are cooked and season with a little salt.

Then pour in the lean meat and stir-fry evenly, then set it up and let cool for later use

After the meat filling is cool, you can start making dumplings, and make the dumplings what you like 😄 haha...

It can be steamed or boiled.
