Corn Carrot Sausage Fried Rice

【Ingredients】Beef sausage, corn, carrot, green pepper, cooking oil, salt, rice.

First, handle all the ingredients. Cut beef intestines into pellets, peel and cut carrots, remove seeds from green peppers, chop them, and peel the corn into corn kernels for later use.

Add the oil in a hot pan, add beef intestines after the oil is hot, heat it on a low heat, stir fry until the outer skin is burnt and fragrant.
