Corn Chayote Rib Soup

Ingredients: ribs (washed and blanched), chayote (washed, peeled and cut), corn (washed and cut)

Put the blanched ribs into the pressure cooker and add some water.

Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Then, close the lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Then, combine the cut corn and chayote and boil for 5-6 minutes.
7.
Finally, add 1.5 tablespoons of salt.
8.
Stir the seasoning well and serve.
